The Anvil Brand Classic Knife is unsurpassed in quality and easily sharpened, making it highly durable and long-lasting. The 5-1/5" wooden handle is longer than many hoof knives, providing good, safe leverage. The 2-1/2" drop blade is approximately 3/8" wide, heat treated to consistent hardness on the Rockwell "C" hardness scale, and sharpened at the bottom of the drop. All Anvil Brand knives are made in the USA and hand sharpened.
